Mango clothing recently collabareted with Paulo Coelho, the famous writer of The Alchemist for a range of inspiring tee-shirts.

The shirt comes in a book like box that can be flipped open. I saw them at MNG KLCC, and thought MNG launched a coffee table magazine - because it really looked like a book.

It's a great gift for a bookworm friend.

The profits from sales will go to the Paulo Coelho Institute in Brazil.

Barbara Hulanicki for Topshop will be launching on April 28th.
I love the illustrations more than the clothing. These images reflectes a very sexy 60s - 70s a la Farrah Fawcett / Charlie's Angels.
This range looks very different from Kate Moss' range for Topshop which more funky and street wear.

The Indian culture has been marvelous in mixing and matching the most irresistably vibrant colours together, without even missing a beat. Of course, with the (not so) currrent fad of Jai Ho going on, who can NOT notice that brilliant green/yellow/red combination on Nicole of The Pussycat Dolls :)

Love that bold outake, but I shall opt for a more subtle approach, chanelling the splendid colours on a more concentrated area :)

Noticed, how I did not number the list at all. So so so shameless! But all is justify-able for the very fact that I got it at a deal. Plus all the agonizing wait and the collection did its own accumulation throughout 5 years or more. I am quite the frugal one because I never paid RM700 to ship a bag halfway across the globe. My condolences to your lost. I am can be a shopaholic, but never impulsive.

That's a first...

Can you recognize these women? French Elle magazine April issue had 8 stars sans make-up and also entirely without photoshop retouching. Kudos to Elle! It was said that European magazines are far more forgiving than their neighbouring country - America. Last year, Italian Vogue came out with an sold out issue featuring all-black models.

It's about time to embrace on natural beauty than put a loadful of gunk on your face. Trust me, there is no walking photoshop to erase all those crease, wrinkles, dark spots and cellulite. Although it maybe only one issue out of twelve in a year, it could mean things will change soon.

Do you think Elle's current issue be a sell out too? I bet it will.

Dare you to wear the latest trend that's sported by Fergie-fergalicious.

I think I am quite apprehensive when it comes to trend, even if I do try it will be a very subtle statement. Nothing OTT. I've read somewhere that bad taste is wanting to be too fashionable. There are lots people out there that think they can be fashionable by putting all the trends on themselves. Yes, they may make a good visual picture every now and then, but mostly I think it's a walking fashion disaster.
Okay back to acid wash jeans - the current trend now.You don't need to spend a bomb in getting the lastest (Balmain) acid jeans pair but simply DIY. Some examples here, here and here with complete instructions.

When fashion mocks

Recently Longchamp launched another must-have bag for bagaholics, but I think Longchamp was mocking so-called fashionista/bagaholics out there.
This bag made of canvas and linen imprinted large text "Ceci Est Un It Bag" (translates : This Is Not An IT bag). Priced at $285 to $490, this is surely a price suitable for an IT bag.
