Paperbag anyone?

I always like clutches, easy, simple and fuss free. However, don't get any chance to use it much other than dinner events.

Here is a very down to earth take on clutches, by Marie Turnor.

Ring Fascination

I am not a very big fan of rings. Simply because I find it quite cumbersome (for some odd reason)
My fingers doesn't seem to fit right into any sizes. I find the bow design very irresistable.
Must get one. Wink-wink.

Doppelganger?

A dress by Topshop that looks very much like a Hervé Léger dress.
The real deal : Hervé Léger's Melanie Bandage dress.

More of celebs wearing Herve on here.

A bondage you wanna get...

For many years, one wardrobe staple for ladies is that very little black dress made famous by Audrey Hepburn. It's almost a sin, if you do not own one.
Moving forward, with more empowerment in women, I believe it does change the way we dress. If I had to put a dress to mark the new decade - It totally had to be THAT iconic dress, better known as “bandage dress.”
Hervé Léger by Max Azria Fall 2008
Banded together seamlessly to show true female form and tease everyone with wearer's curvy silhouette. Some liken it to be art, a collectible. A dress for modern day women. It's also the likes of many beautiful ladies - Kate Bosworth, Keira Knightly, Beyoncé Knowles and Victoria Beckham.

This season exceeds my personal expectation. A bit sexier, a bit edgier, a bit more alluring. Spring 2009 collection has shown more variation of sombre colors (i like), multi tones of same color palette, almost made it look androgynous. Of course there's color, considering that it's the spring collection, but not my personal faves. There's more, a new range of bandage swimsuits.

Here are some of my favourites from the Spring 2009 show.I believe this is not simply a fad but a fashion statement to stay.
